Terms and Conditions – Sirius Shine Auto Spa

Welcome to Sirius Shine Auto Spa!  By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

We provide mobile car detailing services at the customer's specified location. Services may include but are not limited to:

  • Exterior wash and wax

  • Interior vacuum and shampoo

  • Paint protection

  • Engine bay cleaning

  • Headlight restoration

Exact services performed will depend on the package selected at the time of booking.

2. Appointments and Access

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is accessible and parked in a safe, legal area where services can be performed.

  • A minimum of [24 hours] notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

3. Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Accepted payment methods include [cash, Debit cards, Venmo, Cashapp]

  • Prices are subject to change based on vehicle condition, size, or additional requested services. Customers will be informed prior to any price adjustments.

4. Cancellations and No-Shows

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of [$100].

  • No-shows or failure to provide access to the vehicle may result in a full charge of the service booked.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns or offer a re-clean if warranted.

6. Liability

  • We take every precaution to protect your vehicle and property. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, worn or aged materials, or mechanical/electrical issues that may arise.

  • Personal belongings should be removed before the service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.

7. Weather Policy

In the event of severe weather that affects our ability to perform services, we will contact you to reschedule at no additional cost.

8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service if the vehicle or location poses a risk to our staff or equipment (e.g., hazardous conditions, aggressive pets, etc.).

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website or communicated directly to clients.

10. Photo & Media Release

Unless specifically requested otherwise, you grant Sirius Shine Auto Spa LLC the right to photograph your vehicle before, during, and after service and to use those images for marketing and promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media, flyers, etc.).  Personal information (license plates, names, or faces) will never be shown.
